Kayli, office manager

Hi, my name is Kayli and I am the office manager here at Pain Prevention/Integrative Spine Care. I am a mother to 3 beautiful girls and 1 precious little boy. I am always busy on the run with the kiddos or trying to get away and travel as much as I can. I’m very family oriented and believe family should always come first. I graduated college in 2011 as a Medical Assistant and have been working in the medical field for 14 years now. I have experience in many different specialties and different roles in an office setting. I love to help people, problem solve and make sure that patient care is number one priority. I’m easy to talk to, I listen and love to help in anyway I can.

My name is Candice. I am a wife and a mother of three beautiful children.  I am a very compassionate person and have spent most of life helping and caring for others. I have been in customer service all of my work life and enjoy meeting new people. I am excited to see where my journey in the medical field takes me, as well as growing with the office.

Diamond, medical assistant

Diamond is a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant who graduated from Ross Medical Education Center in July 2025. She is very passionate about providing quality patient care and creating a welcoming, supportive environment for every person she serves. 

Known for her warm personality and gentle approach, Diamond takes pride in helping patients feel comfortable, heard, and cared for during their visits. She has a natural ability to connect with people and strives to bring positivity and reassurance to every encounter. 

Outside of the clinic, Diamond is a devoted mother and fiancé who values family and community. She truly has a heart for helping others and believes that love conquers all challenges, sufferings or trials.

Hi, my name is Erin Hennen.  I married my highschool sweetheart in 2010. We have 3 beautiful daughters. I graduated from a Medical tech school. Started my career in a Doctor’s office with 5 different specialists at St. Luke’s Hospital. Worked there for 13 years.  She has extensive experience as a medical assistant, front and back office duties.

June Bug

Hello. My name is June Bug.  I was born sometime in June 2020. I am grateful to have been rescued and part of a medical team. I am officially a trained therapy dog. Instead of loving only one person, I have been trained to love everyone. There isn’t a person I don’t love and one sure way to keep me nearby is by rubbing my belly. I am not bashful.
